Year 10 Young Writers "Express Yourself Through Poetry" Competition entries
Pupils in Year 10 recently entered the Young Writers "Express Yourself Through Poetry" writing competition. The class wrote "focal poetry", where the writer becomes like the lens of a camera and zooms in on one aspect of an image and then writes a poem inspired by what they see. The image used was Andrew Wyeth's "Christina's World".
